About the work

Some places don’t ask to be remembered. Yet, if you’re lucky enough to have stood in their presence, they stay with you anyway. In memory, in silence, in the spaces between moments.

And some places stay with us before we’ve ever been.

We feel them in the way the light falls, in the quiet they hold, in the sense that something is waiting just beyond the frame. A photograph becomes a quiet connection to somewhere distant - a place remembered, imagined, or still waiting to be discovered.

These are moments gathered from around the world, captured to bring distant places a little closer and a sense of wonder into the everyday.

My hope is that each photograph stirs something within you, a memory of somewhere you’ve been, a longing for somewhere you haven’t, or simply the desire to wander.

For places that linger in memory, imagination, and dreams yet to be lived.
